Onboarding Sing-Off

This document confirms the completion of the onboarding and implementation phase for the Reserva platform. It validates that the agreed project scope has been delivered, key system configurations and data have been completed, users have been trained, and the system has successfully gone live. Any remaining open items are documented and acknowledged by both parties.

This sign-off formally approves the transition from onboarding to post-implementation support.
